அண்மையில், 'உ.பி.யின் ஹமிர்பூரில், பெண்ணுக்கு மூன்றாம் நிலைச் சித்திரவதை[Third Degree Torture] செய்த போலீஸ் அதிகாரி சஸ்பெண்ட் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்' என்பதான ஒரு செய்தியை ஊடகம்[India Today] ஒன்றில் வாசிக்க நேர்ந்தது.
இதற்கான விளக்கத்தை நான் அறிந்திருக்கவில்லை.
